The VA online application for health care benefits can be found at VA Benefits and Health Care. Veterans and other stakeholders can expect the application to be processed in less than one week. Those who prefer not to apply online may still mail in an application (VA Form 10-10EZ), or visit their nearest VA medical center of clinic to apply in person.
