New:  24x7 Tier 1 Helpdesk Support is Available Now

When you reach out for support, you will automatically be serviced by the SCNM Tier 1 partner team.  This team is available any time day/night and will assist with most standard support requests, including:

  • Basic computer troubleshooting
  • Office 365 application support (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneDrive, etc.)
  • Email support
  • Account unlock/password reset 
  • System navigation (Office 365, Canvas, MySCNM)
  • On-campus printing
  • On-campus wireless network
  • Canvas assignment configuration (faculty) / submission (students)
  • Canvas content access
  • LockDown Browser / Respondus Monitor
  • Zoom/Teams support
  • Video streaming issues

Should your request not be included above or require escalation, it will be automatically shared with the SCNM campus IT team for Tier 2 support resolution. We will reach out to you to work through and resolve your request.  Our operating hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Arizona/Mountain Standard Time.
