Welcome Future Sonoran Student!
|
As you begin this journey, your financial management strategies will become important during your time at Sonoran University and after graduation. Strategies such as managing a budget, understanding your financial options, and planning for long-term goals, will help strengthen your financial wellness.
All incoming Sonoran University students interested in applying for federal student loans and/or participating in the Federal Work-Study program must complete and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to determine Title IV eligibility. If eligibility is met and you wish to borrow federal student loans, the Master Promissory Note and Entrance Counseling will be required.
It is recommended to begin the financial aid process upon acceptance to one of our programs. Federal aid will be awarded two to three months before the start of the quarter, the financial aid staff will email you your offer letter and further instructions.

If you are interested in applying for Title IV aid, please complete the following documents by the priority submission deadline. If you are new to the Federal Student Aid system, you must first create a Federal Student Aid (FSA ) ID.
