The Business Office strives to provide financial resources to help you navigate and understand your student account statements, tuition and fees payment and student refunds.
Students who applied to receive Federal Student Aid to assist with educational and living costs, the Financial Aid Office will process your federal aid on the first day of every quarter. Financial aid refunds will be processed at the end of the first week of every quarter, upon enrollment verification. You may choose to receive your financial aid refund via check or via direct deposit. To enroll, change or remove your direct deposit please click on Direct Deposit form, once completed submit it to the Business Office by correspondence, email or in person.
Students who are paying tuition out of pocket, must submit the quarterly tuition payment in full by the end of the first week of every quarter. Student Account Statements will be available for viewing one week prior to the start of the quarter. You are welcome to submit your tuition and fees payment electronically, in person or by phone to the Business Office. If your tuition payment is being paid by a third party service, please submit your documentation of awards to our office.
