Appropriately accommodating students with disabilities is critical in keeping with our efforts to increase the diversity of the medical and healthcare professions. We are dedicated to providing the information, support, and resources necessary to aid students in pursuing their academic, personal, and professional goals.

Accommodate is a platform that helps educational institutions modernize the accommodation request process, to simplify applying for, delivering, and monitoring student accommodations. It streamlines and automates processes to quickly deliver accommodations.
Students and faculty access through their dedicated sites to quickly view accommodation plans and review received notifications. Students can additionally request additional ADA services and interact with the Accessibility Office through their Accommodate site.
The solution is fully ADA- and 504-compliant and is used in over 200 institutions worldwide to ease the process of requesting assistance to access educational opportunities.

Adam Meyer, Ph.D.Director of Accessibility Services
Dr. Adam Meyer serves as the Director of Accessibility Services at Sonoran University of Health Sciences. With more than two decades of experience in higher education accessibility and inclusion, Dr. Meyer brings a deep commitment to advancing equitable access and fostering a campus culture grounded in respect and belonging for all students.
Dr. Meyer earned his Doctorate in Higher Education Administration from Saint Louis University. Nationally recognized in the field, he has served on the Board of Directors for the Association of Higher Education and Disability (AHEAD) and continues to contribute to AHEAD’s external review and consulting teams. His professional interests include the social model of disability, strategic accommodation practices, and disability department leadership best practices.
Dr. Meyer concurrently serves as Director of Student Accessibility Services at the University of Central Florida. He previously held leadership positions at Eastern Michigan University and Saint Louis University, where he developed and implemented structured service models, led campus-wide efforts to enhance accessibility, and helped expand access to disability services for students.
Esther MolinaStudent Affairs Coordinator
Esther Molina serves as the Student Affairs Coordinator at Sonoran University of Health Sciences, supporting both the Accessibility Office and Financial Aid. In her dual role, she oversees testing accommodations and proctor coordination, provides administrative support for accessibility services, and serves as an advisor to students within the Financial Aid Office.
With more than ten years of experience in higher education, Esther brings a strong background in student services, program coordination, and compliance from her work at Arizona State University, Maricopa Community Colleges, and the Pascua Yaqui Tribe’s Education Department. She is known for her professionalism, organization, and student-centered approach to fostering equitable access and student success.
